Cobol, Proclus & Fischer (CPF) is a boutique literary and creative agency supporting distinctive voices, original properties, and cultural initiatives through representation, creative consulting, and rights strategy. Its work spans publishing, music and audio, film and video, animation, comics, apps, and interactive experiences. CPF helps shape each project’s direction while keeping its creative identity at the center. The agency also leads The Zepherous Archive’s operations, creative direction, and growth, connecting the Z.N. Cruz Foundation’s preservation mission with collectors’ apps, donor and partner relationships, and the search for a museum location in Orlando, Florida.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Eric Shelley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CPF, leading the agency’s strategy, creative development, representation, and industry relationships. He also serves as a board member of the Z.N. Cruz Foundation. Through CPF, he helps lead The Zepherous Archive’s operations, creative direction, and expansion across its museum vision, collectors’ apps, and donor and partner relationships.

Museum Location Search · Orlando, Florida
The Zepherous Archive is an initiative of the Z.N. Cruz Foundation preserving pop culture through collectibles, documentation, merchandise, and their histories. In 2022, Z.N. Cruz donated her one-of-a-kind personal pop culture collection to the Foundation, which has lent it to the Archive for permanent display in Orlando, Florida.
CPF leads the Archive’s operations, creative direction, and growth. Its work includes the search for an Orlando museum location, collectors’ app development, and donor and partner relationships. The museum remains in the location-search stage.

The PlayStation 5 Archive documents physical releases, personal copy histories, chase lists, and digital showcases. The DC Comics Figures & Sets Archive focuses on figures, vehicles, and playsets through era-based and exact-release records.
PlayStation 5 Checklist (Lite) provides a focused way to track a physical game collection, with owned and remaining counts and optional editions. All three projects are in development; the displayed PlayStation screenshot depicts the full Archive app.
