Our Team
CPF is built around close, long-term collaboration with creators whose work challenges convention. Our leadership combines thoughtful representation, creative development, and strategic relationship-building to help distinctive stories reach their fullest potential.
Eric Shelley
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Eric Shelley is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cobol, Proclus & Fischer. He oversees every aspect of the agency’s work, from long-term strategy and creative development to representation, rights, and industry relationships. He also serves directly as an agent for select clients.
Before founding CPF, Eric worked alongside creatives to cultivate the often difficult-to-reach relationships necessary for exceptional work to be recognized, developed, and positioned for lasting success. He is particularly drawn to cerebral projects that resist predetermined categories—stories created beyond the demands of algorithms, trends, and the fleeting nature of social media.
Eric seeks creators who build complete worlds and narrative universes: distinctive bodies of work with the depth and potential to expand across formats, audiences, and generations.
He holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford and serves on the board of directors of The Zepherous Archive, a charitable project dedicated to preserving and supporting its pop culture preservation legacy.
Adriana DuPont
Director of Marketing and Communications
Adriana DuPont is the Communications Director at Cobol, Proclus & Fischer, overseeing the agency’s media relations, press releases, internal communications, and social media. She also produces client podcasts and audiobooks, along with in-house voice-over and illustration projects.
A graduate of UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Adriana joined CPF directly after completing her studies and was promoted to Communications Director in October 2025. She was awarded the President’s Honor of Excellence for her work on audiobooks for Audible.
Adriana is especially interested in audio storytelling and in helping clients discover new mediums through which their work can reach wider audiences. She brings an open, forward-looking perspective to every project and is dedicated to helping creators recognize and pursue opportunities they may not yet have imagined.
Sophia Reyes
Junior Agent
Sophia Reyes is a Junior Agent at Cobol, Proclus & Fischer, where she searches for emerging talent across creative disciplines. Her work includes reviewing submissions, interviewing prospective clients, and supporting the representation of the agency’s authors and literary clients.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Sophia worked briefly in real estate before joining CPF. That experience sharpened her ability to listen closely, understand individual goals, and build relationships rooted in trust. She is drawn to creators working across all mediums and particularly enjoys discovering distinctive voices at the beginning of their professional journeys.
Highly empathetic, Sophia connects with creative work on a deeply intuitive level. Her thoughtful perspective allows her to recognize promise in ideas and creators others may overlook. She brings that same warmth, curiosity, and care to every person she encounters.
